The employment tribunal maximum compensatory award has been increased from £58,400 to £60,600.

The maximum allowance for a weeks pay in a basic award or for redundancy awards has increased from £280 to £310.

The minimum basic award for certain special unfair dismissal cases such as carrying out the duties of a Health and Safety representative or selection for redundancy on grounds of Trade Union Membership has increased from £4,000 to £4,200.
