Vauxhall rewards service centre performance

A service centre of excellence award is being launched by Vauxhall to recognise the top 10% of its Masterfit repair operations.

The carmaker says it has defined 10 simplified standards to measure the competence of Masterfit operators in three key parameters: convenience, value and expertise.

These lead to strong customer satisfaction, service retention and business growth, says Vauxhall.

The 40 best performers in the Masterfit network will be invited to an awards ceremony next spring.
