Established six months ago to help put dealers in touch with each other to sell stock, the site helps trade users find and sell vehicles by listing requests and stock online and sending these to other traders via fax and e-mail. The new service builds on this system, adding a customer-facing facility and providing free lead generation.
Members of the public can submit their requirements for free via the website, without needing to register an account beforehand, and these are then sent out to all relevant dealers in the site’s database. Dealers can also choose to opt for premium membership, costing £10 per month, which allows access to the leads 24 hours before standard users.
Its founders plan to boost public awareness through print and web-based advertising campaign.
The site is already used by more than 3,000 motor traders, including sites from all of the top five AM100 dealer groups. Around 99% of its users are main dealer franchises.
