Chrysler has named Drayton Group's dealership in Wolverhampton as its top international performer for sales customer service outside North America.

The business topped a field of 1,600 Chrysler Jeep and Dodge outlets to win the CSI Award for Sales, based on the feedback of customers who have bought a car.

Dealer principal Matthew Harris was presented with the accolade by Michael Manley, Chrysler's executive vice president, international sales, marketing and business development, at a conference in Florida, which Matthew was attending as part of Chrysler’s ‘Ambassadors’ programme.

Harris said: "Customer satisfaction has always been a priority and this result recognises the efforts of our hard working team.”

Drayton Group chairman Ken Forbes added: “My congratulations go to Matthew and his colleagues who have proven themselves to be world beaters for looking after their customers.

“I also know that they will not rest on their laurels and will continue to raise their standards to maintain their position as one of the best Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge dealerships in the world.”
