How did you get in to the automotive business?
Joined main Ford dealer as an apprentice from school.

What does your job entail?
Running seven sites within the Surrey region, developing a strong, stable and sustainable business environment which maximises customer and employee attraction and retention. I am responsible for sales, service, business centre, bodyshop and rental.

How will your job change over the next few years?
Progressing and adjusting through economical and environmental change.

What advice would you give to young people joining the industry?
It is very rewarding if you show commitment and a willingness to progress.

What’s the worst career move you’ve ever made?
Moving back to Scotland to work with an MG Rover dealer before Rover’s demise.
