The vehicle offers 50% more boot space than the standard Clio, and joins the range priced at £850 more than the equivalent five door model.
At launch, it will be sold in the Dynamique trim with standard features including air conditioning, alloy wheels and cruise control.
Buyers will also be able to select from five engines; three petrol and two diesel.
Four of these are Renault eco2 vehicles, emitting less than 140g/km, 95% recyclable and manufactured to ISO 14001.
Prices range from £12,095 for the 1.2 16v 75bhp petrol, to £14,495 for the 1.5 dCi 106bhp diesel.
Renault is also introducing the model with a limited edition Expression trim, marked out by blue centre console and dashboard inserts.
The summer special is available with either the 1.2 litre 75bhp petrol or 1.5 litre 68bhp diesel, costing £11,215 and £12,365 respectively, but air conditioning is not included.
