Broughtons has opened its fifth dealership – a Spyker, Koenigsegg and Zagato showroom in Cheltenham.

The luxury motor retailer, which also owns three Bentley sites and one Aston Martin site, is the exclusive UK importer for the three supercar brands, Spyker, Koenigsegg and Zagato.

Previously sold on a conjoining site at Broughton’s Pangbourne Bentley showroom, the new dealership “extends the supercars’ success”, said Robert Foster, Broughtons managing director.

Foster added that the Aston Martin and Bentley marques complemented the brands.

He said: “We are not selling a car, we are selling something that is very special and, to that effect, we offer a very special buying experience.”

Broughtons has only recently become UK ambassador for the Italian coachbuilder Zagato which, Foster said, was a “perfect fit given that both companies have a long history in the design and supply of exclusive luxury motor cars.”

Until the end of last year, the UK’s exclusive Spyker dealer was Drivestyle Horseless Carriages in Harrogate. It no longer retails the brand.

The dealership is the third in Cheltenham for the group. Its other sites are in Surrey and Berkshire.
