Insurer RSA will open the fifth bodyshop in its own Quality Repair Centre (QRC) network this autumn in the former Bryan Brothers accident repair centre in Bristol.

The insurer will refurbish the site and open it in November, to complement its other QRC sites in Birmingham, Glasgow, Leeds and Luton.

Bryan Brothers recently sold its Citroen dealership to Carco. Its Volvo sales franchise was terminated.

Paul Nightingale will manage the newly acquired QRC along with the four sites already in the RSA Motor portfolio.

Nightingale was recently managing director of Unipart’s bodyshop distribution business Brown Brother’s, which was sold to PPG Industries at the beginning of this year.
