Helphire looks forward to reduced costs and quicker payments

Credit hire group Helphire has agreed with "a significant at-fault insurer" to fix the cost of its hire services in return for improved payment terms.

This is in addition to pilots with other insurers, which would add up to around 13.5% of Helphire's new cases going forward.

Helphire said the benefits include reducing operational costs and shortening the cash cycle.
