Autoquake has opened a handover centre in London for customers who buy its used cars online.

The business-to-consumer remarketing company already has one site in Leeds, and plans to open a third in the UK next year.

CEO Dermot Halpin said the site in Southall, London is key to Autoquake's growth . “This will help us serve the fleet market in the south east and further open up our cars to the large London population of private buyers.

"Already one third of consumers buying a car from us in Leeds come from London.”

The company said its Leeds site is now at capacity following increasing supply of cars from fleet and leasing partners.
