Westover Land Rover in Christchurch has taken on a new employee in a new role. Jenny Carr has become the site's first customer care executive.
Carr’s job sees her working for the dealership’s customers, liaising with Westover Land Rover’s sales and servicing teams to ensure high levels of service.
She will be communicating with customers, identifying ways in which customer service can be enhanced and making sure feedback is acted upon quickly and positively.
"Everyone in the showroom is very focused on delivering a top quality experience to each and every customer - whether they’re buying a new vehicle or simply having an annual MOT - and I’m here to make sure it happens."
Andy Grant, sales manager at Westover Land Rover, said: “We constantly assess how we do things, but having a member of staff who’s independent of the sales and servicing teams and is dedicated to customer care – and to customer care alone - is a big step forward.”
