I would also like to speak to Mr Whitehorn. I have emailed Mr Whitehorn several times regarding an ongoing problem with my car, but he has not responded. It is passed over to the Executive team. My car has spent 1 month over the past 11 months having the same problem repaired, six different parts have been fitted. This problem almost caused a head on collision. I have taken one and a half weeks off work waiting for the AA, then the recovery vehicle, then the courtesy car to arrive, and having to collect my car from the garage. As a goodwill gesture, I have been offered one months payment on the car and 1 year extended warranty in case the same problem arises again. 1 month in the garage, Hyundai offered 1 months payment no goodwill there. 1 year Extended warranty, taking one and a half weeks off work cost me more than the warranty is worth. No goodwill gesture there either. And Hyundais aim is to provide an unbeatable Customer Experience.
