Sytner group has opened a two-storey standalone Mini dealership in Birmingham.

The Mini business was previously linked to Sytner's BMW dealership nearby.

The new site had been boarded up for four years since its prior occupant, Brindley Honda, exited.

It has more than double the display space of Birmingham Mini's old home, and features a 16-car showroom and forecourt display for 50 used cars plus eight service bays.

Sytner recruited 25 more technicians, valeters and service advisers for the business.
