Eden expands with Vauxhall purchase

Graeme Potts

Eden Motor Group has acquired a dealership in Camberley from Charters.

Eden now has nine Vauxhall and Chevrolet retail centres, west of London and into the south and south west of the country. The addition of the site will add around £3 million to its turnover, which in 2010 was £60m (see financial stats below).

The group says it plans to retail between 9,000 - 10,500 new and used vehicles next year across the business. It now has around 330 staff.

Charters is now a two site group with the Peugeot and Citroen franchises in Reading and Aldershot.
