Tyrenet UK and Benelux-based Profile Tyrecentre have announced their intention to launch the Profile Tyrecentre brand and concept in the UK.
The new joint venture company will start trading on January 1, 2013, and will be based at the Liverpool offices of Tyrenet UK.
It will build on Tyrenet's existing 650 points of sale in the network and add an additional 350 sites, to make Profile Tyrecentre UK the biggest fleet network provider in the UK.
The initial focus will be on providing independent and high quality tyre services to leasing and rental companies.
Profile Tyrecentre is the market leader in the Benelux, with an approach based on 'local hero' independent franchisees.
There it has more than 300 locations, and is a major tyre service provider for commercial vehicles and passenger cars.
