JCT600 claims aftersales excellence award from Aston Martin

The aftersales team at JCT600 Brooklands in Leeds have been awarded the 2012 Aftersales Excellence Award at Aston Martin’s National Dealer Conference in Liverpool.

Rochelle Illingworth, aftersales manager at Aston Martin Leeds, accepted the award from Chris Baker, general manager of Aston Martin service operations on behalf of the team.

The award is presented annually to the top dealership in the country for demonstrating outstanding customer service as well as passion and commitment to the Aston Martin brand and its values.

David Clapham, brand director JCT600 Specialist Cars, said: “To have been chosen from all of Aston Martin’s dealerships throughout the country to receive this coveted award is a real honour for the team, recognising the exceptionally high levels of customer care that we consistently provide.

“Our customers benefit from our extremely experienced, long established team of Aston Martin specialists. As a company, JCT600 is committed to continual staff development and our on-going training programme is paying dividends in ensuring that customers have the best possible experience.”

JCT600, which has its head office in Bradford, is a family business which operates 42 dealerships throughout Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and the North East, selling 21 brands.
