Opel is offering German customers a no questions asked return policy on new models within a 30 day or 3,000 mile window.
Customers can hand back the keys if they’re unsatisfied with a refund.
However, Opel will charge 0.67% of the retail price for every 1,000km driven if the car is handed back. For a £20,000 car, the driver would be charged approximately £134.
The campaign is running with the slogan “thrilled or just return it”.
There are currently no plans to extend the offer in the UK.
