Santander Consumer Finance has joined forces with specialist motor industry awarding organisation IMI Awards to offer accredited training programmes to its 3,000 dealer partners.

Following months of independent assessment, Quality Assured Awards recognition has been given to the F & I Specialist and Management Development Programmes.

Andy Green, marketing director at Santander Consumer Finance, said, “This is a major differentiator for us in our added value proposition to dealers. F & I training is a key factor in building successful development programmes, and dealers can feel confident that our courses are amongst the best in the industry”

Sales staff who pass an accredited Santander Consumer Finance course will receive an IMI Awards Quality Assured Award certificate in recognition of their achievements.
