EuroNCAP safety testers have awarded the top five star rating to the new Jeep Cherokee, Mercedes-Benz CLA, Suzuki SX4/S-Cross and Peugeot 2008.
The Mercedes-Benz CLA scored 91% for adult protection, 75% for child protection, 74% for pedestrian protection and 81% for safety assist.
The Suzuki SX4 scored 94% for adult protection, 80% for child protection, 72% for pedestrian protection and 81% for safety assist.
The Peugeot 2008 scored 88% for adult protection, 77% for child protection, 72% for pedestrian protection and 70% for safety assist.
The Jeep Cherokee scored 92% for adult protection, 79% for child protection, 67% for pedestrian protection and 74% for safety assist.
