Online auction company G3 Remarketing has taken a five-year lease on a former Warburton Bakeries distribution centre off junction 30 of the M62.
The letting comprises a 27,240 sq ft warehouse with ancillary offices on a 3.5-acre site at Premier Park, between Leeds and Normanton.
G3 Remarketing director Matt Dale said: "The relocation to Premier Park has enabled us to increase the volume of business which we can transact and offers our existing clients and customers a wider range of options when disposing of or acquiring vehicles and associated services."
G3 Remarketing was established to sell vehicles from fleet operators, finance houses and dealerships direct to the trade and general public.
Its new site will include an undercover auditorium for 250 vehicles and will enable the company to offer a further range of services to both vendors and purchasers.
