Cambria Automobiles has signed a deal with Marketing Delivery to manage its social media presence following a six month pilot.

The service, SmartMail Social, will initially focus on developing their dealers’ presence on Facebook and Twitter, with an emphasis on transparent, genuine and engaging dialogue.

Marketing Delivery will be implementing content strategies tailored for each social media platform, focusing on key components of people, cars and community.

Along with regular content, the service on Facebook includes sharing customer feedback generated from customer replies to SmartMail messages, SocialStock - a used car stock search app - and a ‘book a service’ tab to enable customers to interact with the dealership without having to leave the domain.

Ian Godbold, marketing director at Cambria, said: “We recognise that social media integration is a key element of our overall content marketing strategy, working with Marketing Delivery will provide specialist support in producing a cohesive plan that is supported by engaging social media that will foster online communities and see loyalty and retention develop even further.”
