BMW UK's base in Bracknell is being put on the market following the national sales company's decision to relocate to Farnborough.

Property firm GVA advised BMW on the relocation, and is now marketing the property for disposal.

BMW UK's entire team, including sales and marketing, financial services, leasing and fleet management, will be based at Summit Avenue in Farnborough in property formerly occupied by Nokia, which had put a £12m asking price on the property.

The Bracknell site extends to more than 12 acres, and its freehold is offered for sale with vacant possession in early 2015.

BMW has been based there for some 30 years, however its BMW Financial Services business has been based on separate premises at Hook.
