Land Rover dealer Martin Duckworth is looking to expand its workforce and create 10 new jobs in Lincolnshire.

After several years of growth, the business, which has Duckworth Land Rover dealerships at Boston and Market Rasen, needs to take its workforce from 102 staff to 112.

Managing director Ben Duckworth, told local newspaper The East Lindsey Target: “We have exciting plans for the coming months. We are delighted we are able to continue to provide more job opportunities.”

The company has also appointed Gordon Joyce as dealer principal of its Market Rasen dealership. Joyce has two decades of experience working with the Land Rover brand.

Martin Duckworth has increased its turnover to more than £60 million a year, and sells 2,000 new and used cars a year across the county, with 6,250 cars going through its workshops each year.

The dealer group supports Boston, Market Rasen and Louth Rugby clubs and Market Rasen Golf Club, Lincolnshire Agricultural Society and various Young Farmer groups, colleges and schools.
