“For some of our clients it has generated millions of impressions,” Smith said.

But don’t forget the basics. Make sure there are no spelling mistakes on the website and that it is regularly updated.

Remember to include pictures of key people at the dealership, such as the sales manager and owner.

“People like to see faces,” said King. “It shouldn’t be an anonymous site.”
