AM launches Aftersales Executive Breakfast Club

AM has launched its Aftersales Executive Breakfast Club which is a chance for franchised aftersales executives to discuss key issues and common challenges within the sector.
 
The first meeting takes place on Thursday, June 26 at Hanbury Manor in Ware, near Hertford. A full English breakfast will be served from 8.30am.
 
Attendance is free and exclusive to senior dealer group executives.

The guest speakers for the first meeting will be John Kiff & Piers Trenear-Thomas and they will be discussing the method of Lean thinking principles within service departments.

The topic for the June 26 breakfast: "Motor retail should be the best managed, most effective branch of UK industry ever. But is it?"

The remaining agenda for the morning will include a general discussion amongst the attendees, chaired by AM managing editor, Tim Rose. The meeting is due to end at 11.30am.

    Aftersales club or service club. I see no mention of parts departments who make a massive contibution to dealer profitability

      @bob darwing - Hi Bob - the club will incorporate all aspects of aftersales, service, parts etc.
