Multi-channel direct marketing system for dealers launched

MarketingFile, which supplies prospect marketing data to thousands of UK motor dealers has announced the launch of Touchpoint - a multi-channel direct marketing system designed specifically for motor dealers.

The web-based system enables dealers to analyse and target their existing customers and source additional private buyer and fleet prospect lists.

Manufacturers, dealer groups and their agencies can set up creative templates for their dealerships, which can then schedule email and SMS delivery and send direct mail by high quality digital print and post – fully personalised to the recipient.

Citroen’s Robins & Day dealer group is already using Touchpoint and the system is being rolled out across the Kia dealer extranet.
