7 Peugeot 2008 facelift (2016)

Peugeot is hoping its facelifted 2008 SUV will give its 66-plate registration sales campaign a boost in September.

The French manufacturer is coming off a Q2 2016 performance that saw a 2.6% drop in registrations to a total of 23,785 units compared to 24,424 units in Q2 2015.

The brand saw registrations drop by 12.31% in June to 8,773 units and is down 4.47% year-to-date to 54,767 units. Peugeot will be looking to its dealers to deliver a Q3 that will beat last year's 27,256 unit figure.

Peugeot has reduced pricing on the 2008 by £850 for Q3 (excluding the Access A/C model) and is offering an additional £350 deposit contribution for customers that take a model on its Peugeot Passport finance or Just Add Fuel offer.

A Passport finance package with a customer deposit of £1,000, on a new 2008 SUV PureTech 82, results in monthly payments of £211 for the Active and £237 for the Allure model. Peugeot is running a 4.9% APR finance campaign across its entire model range during Q3.

Customers choosing Just Add Fuel three-year finance package on the same model will have a monthly payment of £241 for the Active and £268 for the Allure model, and the Just Add Fuel Telematics’ finance package is also available for 18 year olds and above.

The 2008 facelift was launched in June this year with refreshed styling and options.
