Plans for new Nissan car dealership in Grimsby

Trenton Nissan in Hull has applied to build a new dealership in Grimsby.

The business, headquartered at Hull, wants to create a new-build dealership on a greenfield site at Altyre Way in Grimsby. The site is owned by Bramall Properties.

The planning application to North East Lincolnshire Council is for a 12-car showroom with a feature car display, customer lounge and vehicle handover bay in line with Nissan’s latest showroom style. The building would also house an 8-bay workshop with a Class VII MoT bay, and a valeting bay.

Altyre Way is already home to Mazda and Mitsubishi dealerships, operated by Nunns of Grimsby, Wilson & Co’s Vauxhall dealership, a Stoneacre Volvo dealership and Grimsby Audi, part of JCT600.
