Motorline Group has announced plans to invest in new sites in Dartford, Medway, and the M4 corridor, by 2016.

The Kent-based motor group has yet to confirm which of its franchise partners will be represented at the new sites.

Motorline chairman Glen Obee said: “After our record-breaking sales performance last year, when we reported a growth of 136% year on year, we are happy to be above budget at the half way point of 2015.

“These new sites are another key step in our group plans for our business. We are making strong progress, with high levels of interest across the region, and we look forward to those new dealerships contributing to our continued success.

“Expansion into the Medway area alone provides a new business development opportunity and potential employment for up to 70 new staff and underlines the commitment to future development in the Kent area.”

The Motorline Group was founded in 1972 and now represents 10 car brands, with dealerships across the south of England, the South West and Wales.
