White Dove Group has celebrated the completion of a £1.25 million investment in its Cardiff Škoda showroom at an event attended by 150 guests.

The retailer, on the city’s Hadfield Road, officially opened its new facility to the public this week at an event which featured performances by Welsh magician Phil Jay and the chance for guests to win a new SKODA Fabia in a 'guess the number plate' competition.

Commenting on the development, which has created four new jobs at the site, Ron Hughes, chairman and managing director of the of the White Dove Group, said: “The £1.25m investment will allow the company to expand in line with ŠKODA’s own global expansion programme.

“We need to keep pace with change and this new development means we will continue to offer the highest levels of customer service to keep up with the national demand for the growing range of Škoda models.”

At the heart of the upgrade to White Dove Group Škoda is the newly refurbished, state-of-the-art showroom, which benefits from additional natural light and is designed for a more customer-focused experience.

The retailer now also features a brand-new-service-department workshop with MOT facilities.
