JCT600 has reopened its Mazda dealership in Leeds following a six-figure redevelopment targeting an improved customer experience.

A complete redesign of the reception area as well as improvements to the sales environment and servicing areas were all part of the scheme at the site on the Leeds Ring Road.

Upgraded customer facilities such as improved waiting areas, complete with wireless connectivity and a child-friendly iPad station were also part of the upgrade.

Mark Taylor, JCT600’s group property director, said: “The redevelopment of Mazda Leeds is just one of many improvements being undertaken across the JCT600 group as part of our ongoing investment programme.

“Our aim is not only to create a pleasant shopping experience for our customers, but, as one of the Times’ Best 100 Companies to Work For 2016, we also want to ensure our colleagues have the best possible working environment.”
