Sandown Mercedes has awarded an exclusive two-year remarketing deal to BCA, as part of its “ambitious” used car plans.

The deal will see 6,000 vehicles sold via BCA Blackbushe, with a sale every Friday.

“BCA has designed a robust remarketing programme that uses the latest technology to ensure the process is easy to use, transparent and flexible around our needs. We have ambitious plans for our used car operations and BCA has the scale to help us deliver them. We’re really excited with this new partnership, and the success it will deliver,” said Mark Hannon, group used car manager at Sandown.

Sandown Mercedes has adopted BCA’s Dealer Pro platform, which features an advanced appraisal tool to streamline the part-exchange process and directly enter non-retail stock to BCA for remarketing.

Sandown has more than 35 years of experience selling and servicing Mercedes-Benz. It operates at sites in Basingstoke, Dorchester, Farnborough, Guildford, Hindhead, Poole and Salisbury.

BCA has reported a transformational year for its DealerPro product as more than 2 million vehicle appraisals and valuations were conducted in 2018.

The tool is designed to help dealers manage every aspect of handling part-exchanges, with a simple to use appraisal app for tablet devices.
