Arnold Clark has opened its newly refurbed Stirling Volvo dealership after it moved further up Kerse Road for its makeover.
Construction started in October last year and the new large exterior and interior glazing allows customers to see all activity in the new workshops.
As well as relocating about half a mile up the road, the Stirling-based retailer has also expanded, with a larger showroom, including a greater display of approved used Volvo Selekt models on the forecourt.
Arnold Clark Stirling will also be offering the new Volvo Personal Service, which means that technicians will liaise with the customer from the point of booking, right through to explaining the services – which they themselves will have carried out.
Two Personal Service Technicians work together on each car, reducing the time it takes for the service to be carried out. As the wait time is reduced, customers are encouraged to stay and enjoy Arnold Clark Stirling’s new lounge area, complete with Scandinavian-designed furniture and free Wi-Fi.
Ross Hutchison, retailer principal at Arnold Clark Stirling, said: “Our recent refurbishment isn’t just about a change of furniture, it’s designed to make our customers feel relaxed and at ease in an environment that provides flexible waiting, working and assessment areas.
“The launch of our new Volvo Personal Service will help to connect our customers with their technicians, for a smooth and efficient experience too.”
