Marubeni Auto Investments (MAIUK) has teamed up with iStoreDOCS to support the expansion of its HPL Car Supermarkets in Oldham, Preston, and Atherton.

The software platform supports omnichannel retail and provides advanced tools that deliver an efficient sales experience for dealership staff and customers.

MAIUK operates the RRG Group, which was founded in 1967. It has developed into one of the largest dealer groups in the North, representing Toyota, Lexus, Mazda, Peugeot, KODA, Nissan, Kia, and MG in 21 locations throughout the northwest and West Yorkshire.

It also owns Norton Way Group, which has dealerships in and near London.

Katie Newton, MAIUK F&I director, said: “It is important that our technology partners share our dedication, passion, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Over the years iStoreDocs has shown a consistently high level of support.

"Having seen the success of the platform within the RRG Group, it was an obvious choice to partner with them on the roll-out of the system at our HPL sites. Their business support teams went the extra mile to ensure a smooth process.”

The iStoreDOCS cloud is secured with the latest encryption technology to ensure customer data is safe and compliance procedures enforced.  With compliance processes in place to reinforce the technology, users of iStoreDOCS can achieve a significantly higher compliance rate.

MAD DEVS launched iStoreDOCS to help dealers better manage customer documentation.

It claims over 80% of employees use file sharing on the platform to reduce issues, and needless duplication while increasing collaboration.

David Boyce, chief executive at Mad Devs, said: "It’s great to be part of RRG Group’s growth journey. We continue to invest and develop our platform to ensure dealers have the tools they need for a rapidly evolving retail landscape.”
