Carfinance247 has launched a new service on its website that puts customers that have applied for finance in touch with dealers that can sell them a vehicle.

The members area of Carfinance247’s website  lets customers search for a vehicle from one of its accredited dealer partners advertising within the portal.

Carfinance247 says it currently generates 30,000 applications for motor finance a month.

James Weir, business development director at Carfinance247, said: “We’re not trying to be another classified website, we’re helping our customers with the car buying process by introducing them to trusted dealers that we have pre-qualified.

“It’s an added value product to our customers and demonstrates another way we’re leading the market with an innovative use of technology. We don’t charge dealers to advertise on the member’s area, they simply pay per sale.”

Weir says the website can track what vehicles customers are looking at and then Carfinance247 can serve personalised content and prompts based on search history.

He said: “This works exceptionally well when a vehicle’s price has been reduced or similar cars come on sale, giving potential customers added incentive to buy.”
