MFG has announced its plans to launch new consultancy and bespoke training divisions to UK dealers and dealer groups at Automotive Management Live.

The new divisions, which are in addition to its prospecting event services, are already “making an impact” with a retention-focused global used car project and a sales performance training programme underway in the Asia-Pacific region.

The one-day trade expo, hosted in partnership with the NFDA, takes place on November 9 at Birmingham NEC, and MFG will be among the scores of exhibitors taking part.

The event includes an insight theatre exploring used cars, F&I and new data protection regulations GDPR, a host of best practice seminars and a profit clinic with advice on how to maximise revenue opportunities.

MFG’s co-founder Declan Gaule (pictured) said: “Clients originally booked our prospecting programmes to help grow sales and, as these relationships developed, we started talking in more depth with them about dealership performance in general.

Having experienced how effective the MFG approach is, clients were willing to talk candidly with us about other areas where they needed support.

“This highlighted an opportunity for us to use our extensive automotive industry experience to help in new ways.

“The training courses are brand new and reflect our clients’ desire for accessible, solution-based training programmes that ensure their business is better equipped to tackle the challenges of today’s automotive industry.

“We are currently engaged in projects in Western Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East for blue chip clients.

“The desire for quality training and consultancy delivered by experienced UK automotive professionals like those in the MFG team is in high demand across the world.

“In the last few months we have seen a huge increase in demand for our services globally and will be recruiting very soon to ensure the MFG team can continue to satisfy the demand for our services and continue to expand our reach, reputation and results.”

The new training offering includes an extensive range of in-dealer training courses designed to help dealership teams excel including new and used sales, finance, corporate, aftersales and management operations.

The consultancy team will help identify opportunities for growth and advise on how best to improve any aspect of dealership or group performance.

Members of the MFG team will be available to discuss these new developments on Stand D24.
