Mercedes-Benz dealers have opened their order books for the brand’s most luxurious open-top car, the new S-Class Cabriolet.

Priced from £110,120, the range includes S500 with a twin-turbo 4.6-litre V8, the AMG S63 with a 5.5-litre twin-turbo V8 and a S65 featuring a twin-turbo 6.0-litre V12.

The range is focused on power and speed as well as luxury – all modelsl cover 0-62mph in under five seconds and are restricted to 155mph top speed.

The S-Class Cabriolet comes well equipped as standard, with the S500’s basic equipment including AMG body-styling; 19-inch alloy wheels; LED headlights with intelligent lighting and automatic high beam; air suspension with continuously variable damping control; satellite navigation with connectivity and dual 12.3-inch TFT displays; neck-level heating; heated leather seats and intelligent climate control.

Higher grade models gain a wealth of additional equipment, such as styling upgrades, Burmeister surround sound and Nappa leather upholstery.
