A county court case, running for more than three years against Frontline Solutions UK Ltd, has been settled out of court
It follows a court ruling that Frontline was liable to pay Garry Winfield, trading as Dealer Excel Consulting, in respect of a dispute over the payment of a three month notice period, and outstanding commission.
The dispute arose when Dealer Excel was supplying consultancy and sales representation services to Frontline in 2011.
Dealer Excel consulting supplies manufacturers and dealer groups with sales process coaching and training, and profit development services to the motor sector in the UK.
Frontline Solutions are specialist IT providers to both dealers and brokers, with a focus on Finance and Insurance communications software solutions.
