In the next few days three enhancements are set to be made to how garages and dealers use WhoCanfixMyCar.com, managing their workflow, improving performance and increasing speed and ease of quoting.

All are included in our annual membership, which remains at £50 + VAT.

1. Manage all notifications, leads and jobs with the new activity feed

The Facebook-style activity feed provides member garages live information about their quotes, jobs won and messages from customers, all in one place - ensuring that no lead or customer message is missed. The feed works on smartphones.

  • Filter just live job alerts so you know what still requires a quote.
  • Find customer details easily and in one single place.
  • Easy navigation to My Jobs and Find Jobs, which are unchanged.

2. Performance analytics

Certain metrics, such as how quickly garages respond to a local job alert, make a difference to the amount of jobs won. So, now analytics provides the opportunity to:

  • Win more work by getting real-time analytics on response times and other KPIs
  • Refine approach based on carefully selected benchmarks
  • Analyse other key metrics such as quotes vs jobs
  • Further features to launch in the very near future.

3. Customer quote templates for near-instant quoting

With job alert volumes eight times higher than they were last spring, member garages will benefit from being able to quote faster, on more jobs. The customer quote templates feature allows members to create and save templated quotes.

Templates can be created and selected from a drop-down menu when a job comes in. The quote can then be personalised and price added in seconds.
