InAutomotive shortlisted for National Online Recruitment Award

InAutomotive has been shortlisted for a National Online Recruitment Award (NORA) in the Best Specialist Job Board Category.

The company, which is part of Simply Jobs Boards, is the largest job board dedicated to the automotive industry. It features more than 290,000 registered jobseekers and 70,000 CVs.

Its nomination follows a number of developments of InAutomotive’s services this year, including improvements to its: CV database, which allows jobseekers to upload their CVs and become more visible to recruiters; recruiter profiles, which candidates use to set up job alerts for specific companies; and a new blog section including career advice articles for jobseekers.

Ian Partington, chief executive of Simply Jobs Boards, said: “I am delighted that InAutomotive has been recognised in the Best Specialist Job Board category. We have spent 15 years putting the jobseeker at the centre of our business model. Each member of staff believes in the service we provide, so naturally being recognised for a candidate driven award tells us that we are moving in the right direction.”

Now in its 18th year, NORAs acknowledges and rewards excellence in online recruitment practice.

Those in the running are judged from a candidate’s point of view, and awarded by candidates.

The awards will be held on November 14 by the National Online Recruitment Academy, in association with Broadbean Technology.
