Autoclenz will open an Alloy Wheel Repair Centre in Crewe for trade and public customers on November 14.

Autoclenz is following up its shift out of its core business of valeting into mobile alloy wheel refurbishment with the opening of the specialist facility at Unit 2, Counterpoint, Crewe.

The diversification is building on Autoclenz’s existing Smart repair operation which sales director Martin Peters described as “mainly the implant of a body shop mobile facility that stays in a dealership and can take care of their smart repairs”.

Peters said: “The dealer can turn around a stock vehicle available for sale quicker and can make revenue to offset their cost. And we take all the stress out of it.”

The new alloy wheel repair centre in Crewe will incorporate local collection and delivery for diamond cut alloy wheels and painted alloy wheels, and will be equipped with the latest specialist machinery, according to Autoclenz.

Commenting on the new development, chief executive Grahame Rummery said:  “We will offer a collection and delivery service within the surrounding areas of Stoke, Stockport, Chester and South Cheshire.

"The centre will help create substantial growth within our Cosmetic Repair Division, making valuable additions to our portfolio of services”.
