Inchcape Retail and Inchcape Fleet Solutions have teamed up with BCA for a new remarketing deal that will run until 2019.
Inchcape vehicles will be offered for sale at BCA centres nationwide including Bedford, Peterborough, Belle Vue Manchester, Blackbushe, Brighouse and Measham as part of the agreement, whioch will also see vehicles available to internet-based buyers via BCA Live Online.
Dave Burden, BCA’s director of dealer sales, said: “Inchcape was one of the first of our dealer customers to introduce an all-auction policy on part-exchange vehicles and we are delighted that they have reconfirmed their partnership with BCA for the next three years. “
He added: “Inchcape have a strong commitment to auction and are an extremely proficient vendor, recording high conversion rates thanks to a realistic valuation policy that is in touch with market sentiment.
“The sales have a loyal following from buyers who know there will be a good range of well-presented stock representing most marques.”
Pre-sale valeted and BCA Smart Prepared where appropriate, all vehicles arriving at BCA from Inchcape will also be offered under the BCA Assured scheme.
Inchcape has also adopted the BCA Dealer Pro system across the retail group, meaning every incoming part-exchange vehicle will be appraised and valued using BCA’s cloud-based service.
BCA said in a statement that all non-retail part-exchange cars from Inchcape will be consigned to BCA for immediate remarketing, while the dealer group functionality means more cars will be identified and retained for profitable retail sales, rather than being traded.
BCA will also support the Inchcape sales programme with a strategic marketing campaign that includes branded e-marketing and online awareness through BCA’s website, Auction View bulletins and Showroom feature.
