Chester car dealership Rybrook is taking its expertise to the classroom with the introduction of a work experience programme.

Rybrook Jaguar has produced a prospectus and two structured work experience courses to cater for students interested in either motor mechanics or business management.

Rybrook's corporate manager Adam Turner, who introduced the 10-day initiative, said: “I hope, by being so focussed, we can make a positive contribution to preparing youngsters for their future careers.”

Students taking the 10-day course in motor mechanics will be introduced to each aspect of servicing, from customer service personnel to technicians and from parts staff to valets.

The general business management course introduces students to such aspects as data research, active marketing, accounts and customer care.
