Vauxhall has boosted its range of sporting SRi's with the launch of the sports version of the new Corsa.

The Corsa SRi is available to order now and will be available with two engines, a 1.4 16v and the range-topping 1.8 16v. For drivers aged 19 and over, free insurance is available.

OTR prices start at £11,495 for the SRI 1.4 16v and £12,995 for the 1.8 16v.

Standard equipment on the Corsa SRi is remote control central locking, twin airbags, air con, alloy wheels, sports front seats, leather covered steering wheel, radio/CD player, white instrument dials, electric/heated mirrors and alloy-effect interior trim.

The 1.8 adds ABS with traction control, 15-inch alloys and cruise control.

The Corsa now joins the Astra and Vectra in the Vauxhall SRi stable.
