European Motor Holdings has disposed of a Lexus, a Mazda and three Toyota dealerships in South Manchester for £13.2 million to the RRG Group.
A decision by the Department of Trade and Industry to introduce a hotel-style rating system for garages has been called 'long overdue' by Manchester-based dealers RRG Group.
Manchester-based RRG Group, one of the UK's largest privately-owned motor retail groups, was this week sold to a Japanese trading company. The purchase price was thought to be in the region of £15m.
