At Cargiant we are looking for enthusiastic and customer focused individuals to join our After Sales team in the Customer Services Department. Working as an After Sales Advisor you will deal with all customer queries and complaints regarding their purchased vehicle.
With an average of 900 – 1000 cars sold per week, as a an After Sales Advisor you will play a pivotal role in keeping our customers satisfied with their new car.
The Role:
Manage customer complaints in a positive and professional manner
Negotiate diagnostics and authorise repairs/parts prices for all vehicles
Delegate repairs and use outside contractors such as Halfords auto centres, main dealers, exhaust, tyre & MOT centres and any other recommended repair specialist
Negotiate and authorise refunds of insurance products
Essential Competencies:
Full and valid driving licence
Excellent communication skills
Confidence, enthusiasm and pro-activeness
Computer literate
