The Purpose of this Job
As the After Sales Coordinator, you'll provide vital support to the Provisioning department by communicating with Customers and Suppliers and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure products and solutions are delivered to the highest standard.
The After Sales Coordinator is a brand-new role for this innovative and forward-thinking Technology business, who are going through a period of growth.
Your responsibilities as the After Sales Coordinator:
Liaising across departments and with Supplies, Customers and Engineers
Communicating order updates
Proof reading plans and documents
Guaranteeing customer satisfaction
Ensuring deliveries are managed, on budget and of high qualityAs the After Sales Coordinator, you'll have:
