Salary:                              £51,600 OTE (Basic + Commission + Car)

Working Pattern:            5-day Week

The Role

Due to the continuing success and expansion of our Skoda franchise in the Hampshire area, we are looking for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join the team at our award-winning dealership in Fareham, Hampshire.

This customer-orientated role involves the sale of new and previously owned quality vehicles, ensuring the maximum profitability is achieved whilst maintaining high standards and delivering an excellent customer experience. The Car Sales Executive role is the main driving force for the success of the company, and as such it demands the highest levels of professionalism and customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-years’ experience of achieving success in a high-volume car showroom sales environment.

The successful candidate will become an integral part of an established multi-franchised company, that can offer on-going training and development, industry leading remuneration packages, and genuine opportunities for career progression - 71% of the 41 members of the entire group’s Sales Management team have all progressed from the Sales Executive position with Richmond Motors.
