- To unleash the potential of a stable sales team and stretch targets, ambitions and drive performance.
- To ensure used vehicles are traded-in professionally and delivers a return
- To work effectively with the customer management system and maintain regular updates of customer data, quote activity, new conquest business etc.
- Achieve agreed sales targets for all locations and monitor with everyone involved on a regular reviewed basis
- Motivate, manage, organise and encourage new ideas and processes to increase performance.
- Ensure fantastic relations are kept between the company and the brand partners.
- You must be able to show great organisation skills, great planning, mentoring and understands the value of CRM with prospecting.
- You will need to provide and produce evidence for your absolute number of sales achievements against plans/forecasts.
- You must have experience of working with light and heavy commercial vehicles or solid a solid Motor Trade B2B background.
