How you’ll play your part

We’re looking for someone passionate and proactive, who understands the value of process efficiency, to take ownership of the service contracts across MBC and MBV providing valuable and comprehensive support to our Accounting and Controlling teams. You’ll develop autonomy in your role, taking ownership of the completion of the monthly group financial reporting process, including preparation and posting of service contract income and expenses for both MBC and MBV, and key balance reconciliations within MBAG deadlines and requirements ensuring that all accounting complies with IFRS standards.

We’re passionate about data-driven decision making, and your contribution will be key. You’ll develop a philosophy of continuous process improvement with a commitment to get things done. You’ll be able to confidently apply your knowledge and ability to manipulate and analyse large amounts of data as you take ownership of the customer service financial systems, including data quality maintenance and liaison on software rollout/upgrade requirements. Partnering with the business and IT, you’ll ensure the system complies with all accounting standards.

You’ll apply your strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills to review and report the monthly management accounts for the Parts & Service Contracts business, applying knowledge of the business operations and understanding the accounting principles behind the result.
